ShortBox provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Users understand that earnings are not guaranteed and may vary based on market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and content performance.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. ShortBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, users lose access to the platform and any pending earnings may be forfeited if obtained through violations of these terms.
